  • How to I get my knocking logins?

    After you've filled out the Flo Energy onboarding form, you can expect to receive your new Flo email within 1 business day.


    Your GMail login will always be "firstname.lastname@floenergy.solar" and your password to start will be "Solar123". After your first login it will prompt you to create your own password. All your other logins and invites are awaiting in your Flo Email.

  • How do I calculate my pay?

    Example:

    11.625 KW

    3.48 Net PPW

    2.5 Redline

    3.48 - 2.5 = .98

    $980/KW in commissions

    11.625 X 980 = $11,392

    35% goes to the Setter


    Total Commission: 

    $3,987 ($343 Per KW)

  • When do I get paid?

    Setters get paid $100 per kw upfront. A pay period runs Sunday through Saturday, any site survey completed within that pay period will be paid out Friday of the week following that pay period.


    For Example:

    Site Survey Completed Saturday 8/21/2021

    $100/kw will be paid 8/27/2021

    whereas

    Site Survey Completed Saturday 8/22/2021

    $100/kw will be paid 9/3/2021



  • How do I get keys to my apartment and a parking pass?

    Each apartment comes with two keys, they're given to you by your manager or are left in your apartment with the door open. If you want additional keys, it is your responsibility to make copies.


    Each apartment also comes with two parking passes. If additional parking passes are needed contact your manager or go to the leasing office with someone whose name is officially on the lease. 


    Do not go into the leasing office asking for keys, parking passes, etc. if your name is not on the lease.

  • When am I charged for rent?

    You are charged $680 a month for rent and utilities. This will be pulled from the first paycheck available each month. If the first week you did not recieve a paycheck, it will be pulled from the next available paycheck.

  • When am I reimbursed if I hit my rent bonus?

    If you hit rent bonus you will still be charged rent for the month. The rent bonus will be added on to your first available pay check the following month.


    For seasonal reps in corporate housing, the rent bonus is $600 if you hit 10 sales in a month.
